Internal reporting system (whistleblowing channel)

In accordance with the Spanish regulation (Ley 2/2023, de 20 de febrero, reguladora de la protección de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas y de lucha contra la corrupción), any person related to Rosclar may report a possible violation of the Laws or an unethical conduct through the following form.

The communication will be confidential and secure, and your identity will only be disclosed to the person in charge of processing the report. It may not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

However, if you prefer not to reveal your identity, you can also file an anonymous report. In this case, please describe the incident without filling in your personal data in the boxes. Make sure not to leave any electronic evidence that could identify you during the reporting process.
