For what purpose do we treat your personal data?

In RH ROSCLAR, S.L. we treat the information provided through the contact form of the web to attend the information requests received. The data collected are name, email, telephone number, and business, which is provided by the User.

Moreover, personal data of those users who send their curriculum vitae through this website will be processed in order to process your job application.

We will also process the personal data of users who subscribe to our Newsletter
using the form provided on the website. The data provided is used to manage the subscription list, control and send newsletters electronically and inform subscribers of activities and services.

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

The legal basis for the management of queries that the user transfers to RH ROSCLAR through the contact forms, and which are made available on the website, is the execution of the pre-contractual relationship originated at the time the user transmits the query through said form.

In the case of data processing for sending the user's curriculum vitae or for the user's subscription to the Newsletter, the legal basis for data processing is the user´s consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, as well as the legitimate interest in sending commercial information.

How long will we keep your data?

The data provided to meet contact requests, will be retained as long as they are necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. Subsequently, your data will be retained for the legal periods that apply in each case, provided that the user does not exercise the right of deletion.

In the event that the user sends his/her curriculum vitae, the data will be processed for the duration of the selection process or for a period of one year.

Some of ROSCLAR’s suppliers may have access to the user's personal data  uring the provision of the service, such as the supplier dedicated to managing this website, the use of the form for subscription to the newsletter managed by the entity MailChimp, among others.
